Original Butterbeer Recipe

Original Butterbeer Recipe - We came back from The Wizarding World 2 weeks ago. I just made this recipe for my daughter's birthday and the kids swear it tastes exactly as it did in the park. I used a can of condensed milk, a jar of butterscotch carmel topping, and 3 generous spoonfuls of whipped butter. I melted it together and drizzled it over cold cream soda. It fizzed up and everything.

some one said that about this butter beer recipes, did you want to know how to make this butterbeer ?
here are the recipes :

Recipe courtesy Sandra Lee, 2008
Ingredients
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butterscotch topping
2 tablespoons whipped butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups vanilla cream soda

Directions
Combine condensed milk, butterscotch topping, and butter in a glass heatproof measuring cup. Heat in microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir until butter has melted and incorporated into mixture. Meanwhile heat cream soda in another heatproof measuring cup for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Divide butterscotch mixture between 2 (10 to 12-ounce) mugs. Fill mugs with heated cream soda and stir thoroughly. Serve garnished with an old-fashioned butterscotch candy stick.

This drink is ok.. but no where near the one served at the park. I've found this to be much closer. Give it a try and see what you think!

1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 package Spiced Alpine Instant Apple Cider
8 oz Water
8 oz Cream Soda
Buttershots Schnapps

Dissolve 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar into 8oz hot water. Add one half of 0.74oz Apple Cider package to mixture. Let cool.

Put 1/4 cup of Cider mixture in glass. Add 8oz Cream Soda. Add Buttershots Schnapps to taste.

May reduce 8oz water and Soda to fit into 8oz glass.
